Great experience. The owner was friendly and knowledgeable. They repaired my galaxy s23 ultra in less than an hour. I think the woman is his wife she started fixing the phone right away. His laptops are reasonable priced also. Before buying a replacement screen and digitizer contact the owner 1st. I would have saved about $50-60 if I would have gotten the screen from them. Would return.
Didn't end up actually using the service but just wanted to put it out there that the guy behind the desk is awesome! Super helpful and informative and was ready to get my issue resolved right away. I decided against it because my computer is super ancient and I should just really get a new computer. But definitely check this guy out for all your electronic repair needs. He's very knowledgeable.
I've dropped off two computers that were both fixed by this company. Most importantly I trust them with my valuable hardware which is a big thing when bringing in your stuff that has a bunch of personal information on it. I will continue to use this company as the need arises. Good communication, good character, and good service.
I typically don’t leave 1-star reviews, but in an era where customer service and loyalty are key, it’s important to share my experience. I’ve done business with this shop before, but this time I simply needed a repair estimate for my phone to submit to my insurance company. And then I was going to come back and get it repaired at the same place. They refused to provide one. In the past, I also received a quote from them, but after making the payment, they informed me the cost would be higher due to a “mistake.” It felt like they were trying to squeeze more money out of me. This isn’t how business should be conducted today.
